This Genuine OEM GM Front Seat Back Vent Fan Mat is a direct factory replacement for the 2014-2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2015-2016 Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, 2015-2020 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, 2015-2020 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, 2014-2016 GMC Sierra 1500, 2015-2016 Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD, and 2015-2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Built to exact GM factory specifications, it installs without modification and restores the original front seat ventilation function. Note: This part requires programming and/or special setup procedures. GM Service Information describes the procedures and special tools needed to ensure proper operation in the vehicle.

This is an authentic Genuine OEM GM part. Fits the front seat back upper vent fan mat position — compatible with either the driver side or passenger side upper front or upper rear position (one part fits either side). Compatible engines include the 4.3L V6 Flex, 5.3L V8 Flex, 5.3L V8 Gas, 5.3L V8 Electric/Gas, 6.0L V8 CNG, 6.0L V8 Flex, 6.0L V8 Gas, 6.2L V8 Flex, 6.2L V8 Gas, and 6.6L V8 Diesel depending on model and year. Silverado 1500 trims include Custom, High Country, LS, LT, LTZ, SSV, and WT. Sierra 1500 trims include Base, Denali, SLE, and SLT. Suburban and Tahoe trims include LS, LT, LTZ, PPV, Premier, and SSV.
