Location & Inventory
Where are you located? We are located just outside of Houston, Texas.
Can I come by your location to buy a part? Sorry, we do not have a retail storefront. To keep our prices as low as possible, we operate exclusively as an online retailer and do not offer local browsing or pickup.
Do you have all parts in stock? While we maintain a massive inventory, it is impossible to stock all 1 million+ active OEM part numbers. Some parts must be ordered from the manufacturer. Please allow a few extra business days for these items to be processed before they ship out.
What is your backorder policy? We try to avoid them, but backorders are nearly impossible to catch every time. OEM manufacturer systems are not real-time, so inventory data can lag by a few hours. A part might show as available, only to go on backorder shortly after your order is placed.
If this happens, we will email you immediately and provide a full refund. We will also notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
What if I have a critical deadline? If you have a critical deadline or believe a part might be on backorder, please contact us before you order. We can manually verify the inventory status with the manufacturer before you place your order.
Shipping & Tracking
Where do you ship? We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
What is the price for shipping? Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $8.97 for any order of any size.
Do you offer expedited overnight shipping? To provide the best value, we ship via ground shipping only. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
Do you ship internationally or to US Territories? No. We do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories. We also do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
How fast is the shipping? Speed depends on your distance from our Texas facility:

Texas: 1–2 business days for in-stock parts.

Central US and Midwest: Approximately 3 business days for in stock parts.

West Coast & East Coast: Normally 4–5 business days for in stock parts.

Note: If an item must be ordered from the manufacturer, please allow a few extra business days for it to arrive at our facility first.
My package shows delivered but was stolen from my porch. What do I do? Unfortunately, neither Us nor our shipping partners can guarantee the safety of your porch. Once an item is marked as "Delivered," the order is considered final and is your responsibility. We do not replace stolen packages.
Orders, Quality & Support
Are these parts brand new? Yes. Every part is 100% brand new in the original factory packaging. We do not sell Aftermarket, used parts, "take-offs," or "new-old stock."

Returns
We know that sometimes plans change. That’s why we’ve stripped away the dealership red tape to make our return process as straightforward as possible. No RMA numbers, no long phone queues, and absolutely no games.
How It Works
If you need to send a part back, just ensure it meets our simple 30-day criteria, and you're good to go.
1. The 30-Day Window Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of your delivery date.
2. Original Packaging is Key To keep things moving, the part must be returned in its original OEM packaging. This includes the original factory box or bag with the original part number and label still attached.
Important Note: To ensure a smooth refund, please avoid writing on or damaging the original factory label. Parts returned without the original packaging or the authentic OEM label cannot be accepted for a refund and will be handled at your discretion (either returned to you or discarded).
3. Ship It Back You don’t need to call us or wait for an authorization code. Simply pack it up and ship it to our Texas facility:
