Warranty

At New OEM Parts, we stand behind the quality of every genuine component we sell. Because we believe in the longevity of factory parts, your purchase is backed by a One-Year Warranty from the date of sale.


Warranty Coverage & Terms

We keep our warranty process as transparent as the rest of our business. Please review the following coverage details:

  • Replacement Only: The warranty covers the replacement of the defective part. We do not cover labor costs, diagnostic fees, or consequential damages.

  • Original Owner: The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser and the specific vehicle it was intended for.

  • Installation: Warranty does not cover parts that are lost or go missing after installation. Please ensure all components are installed correctly and tightened to factory specifications.

Exclusions & Void Criteria

The warranty is designed for standard passenger vehicles. Coverage is void under the following conditions:

  • Fleet or Commercial use

  • Racing or Performance testing

  • Off-road use

Note on Discontinued Parts: In rare cases, a manufacturer may discontinue a part during your warranty period. If a new replacement is unavailable from the manufacturer, the warranty is unfortunately voided. You can verify a part's status by calling a local dealer with your part number. If this happens, James and the team will do our absolute best to help you find an alternative solution.


The Warranty Process

If you believe your part is defective, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via phone (832-722-4697) or email with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Troubleshooting: We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem first to ensure it isn't an installation or compatibility issue.

  3. Return for Inspection: If the part appears defective, we will provide instructions for shipping it back to our Texas facility for inspection. Note: Parts must be received and inspected before a replacement is shipped.

  4. Replacement: Once confirmed defective, we will ship your replacement part as quickly as possible.
